If we’re already going to be on site for photography, we can easily add a videographer. You will get a 3-5 minute wedding video, sharing the story of your beautiful day. You will also receive a video of all video clips that didn’t make the final edit.
Rehearsal Dinner (Add-on) – $300
Great time to capture photos with those closest to you. Based on a 1-2-hour session.

Where you get your photos printed matters. From print colors, to paper to the longevity of the print… often, you get what you pay for. While we encourage that you use a high-quality print lab, like the one we partner with, we completely understand if you’d like to download your photos and print for a more affordable option.

Single Photo Download w/ Release – $10

Social Media Sized Images w/ Watermark – $0
- At no charge we will create, we’ll provide access to download edited images that will include a Joshua Poe Photography watermark at the bottom of the image. Images will be formated for social media so they look great when uploaded. (These are not to be printed).
What Sets You Apart?
We Believe in Backups
- Photo Backups: When we take pictures, our camers record to 2 locations at the same time. Before we leave the venue, we will backup to an external drive.If the venue has high-speed internet, we will also backup to the cloud before we leave. If not, we will backup to the cloud ASAP.
- Backup Photographers: Every wedding we do, we have 2 photographers. Having 2 photographers allows us to be more creative and work faster. It also provides a built-in backup incase something happens to one of the photographers or gear. When you book Joshua Poe Photography, we will guarantee you will have a prophotographer on your big day.
- Backup Cameras & Gear. Both photographers will have at least 2 cameras and will have backup batteries, cards & flashes.
Why do we take backups so seriously? Because this is one of the most important times in someone’s life. For many, it will be the biggest celebration of their life with family and friends. Also, we’ve heard stories of photographers getting their gear stolen or even losing all of their photos due to file corruption. It’s not if something is going to go bad, it’s when… and we want to be as prepared as possible. We’ve personally dealt with file corruption and have spent thousands sending our hard drives to a data recovery center only to have part of the files recoverable. The investment you’re making into capturing the moment is also an investment to make sure your photos are safe.
Our Photo Editing
- World-Class Training & Connections. Joshua has spent time with professional photographers all over the world, from Yellowstone to Costa Rica. Through the years, he has learned many tip ands tricks and he’s always looking to learn more.
- Faster than Normal Turn Around Time. Many photographers have a 2-3 month turn-around time on photos. We don’t blame them, because a photographer’s job isn’t done when the wedding’s over, for photographers… that’s when a lot of the work begins! For Joshua Poe Photography, for every 1 hour of shooting – it takes 4-5 hours of editing. With 2 photographers shooting anywhere from 4-8 hours… a typical wedding can take anywhere form 32-80hrs of editing. The current turnaround time is 2-weeks.
- Every Photo is Edited. Yes, you read that right. Many photographers will show you all the photos and ask you which ones are your favorite, then they will edit the picks. When we deliver your files, they have been hand picked, edited and something you’d be proud to print and share.

Joshua & his wife Heather have been married for almost 15 years. Most weddings, you will see this dynamic duo work together to help the bride and all involved feel comfortable and relaxed as they help capture and document the day.
