How It Works
Individual Player Photo Sessions
We photograph each athlete separately to ensure the best lighting, pose, and expression. With each athlete, we typically do 3-5 poses in 1-2 minutes.
Custom Composite Design
We will have your team choose a template before the photoshoot then our expert editing process blends individual portraits into a seamless, professional team image. We customize the template to fit your team’s colors.
Premium Prints & Digital Downloads
All 3-5 poses will be edited and available for parents to purchase high-quality prints and digital images of their athlete and the full team. Parent can choose different background options.

Who Pays for the Team Composite?
Typically, the team, booster club, or sponsor covers the composite creation fee, and parents can purchase prints and downloads separately.

Where is the photoshoot done?
We’ll come onsite to you. We prefer to shoot indoors.
What if I have an athlete miss picture day?
No problem, the athlete can stop by our studio near Ward 9 ball parks. *Warning: We cannot begin the editing process until all athletes have been photographed. Please ensure any missing athletes visit our studio promptly to avoid delays.
How to order prints?
Each athlete will be given a flyer with their access code. Parents can sign up with their access code at order.joshuapoe.com and get text/email notifications when the photos are ready to be viewed/purchased.
What is the standard turnaround time?
Photos are typically ready within 14 business days after the photoshoot or after the last athlete is photographed.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, we offer a rush order option for an additional fee. Rush orders are completed within 3-5 business days.
